We hereby confirm that Ministry of the Word-True Spirituality (MOW-TS) is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a non-profit organization of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, in accordance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).

The Ministry was incorporated on (22-August-2024) with registration number (CAC/IT/7860640) and has a duly constituted Board of Trustees in line with CAC and CAMA requirements to oversee the activities and objectives of the organization.

The Ministry of the Word-True Spirituality (MOW-TS) is committed to operating within the legal and regulatory framework governing non-profit organizations in Nigeria and remains in good standing with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
