Theme: A New Beginning!

Memory Verse:  Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. (Rev 21: 5)

Beloved

The month of August is spiritually symbolic of a New Beginning.  Welcome to your new beginning!

A new beginning of what?  A new beginning of anointing, power, wisdom, knowledge, obedience, faith, joy, grace, mercy, peace, signs and wonders, and above all LOVE. It is also, a new beginning of uprooting bitterness, hatred, anger, fear, envy, sorrow, and sickness etc. I pray that everyone reading this message will have increasing spiritual understanding.

Provided, you are strongly rooted in Christ Jesus, the month of August is the new beginning of appearance of everything good in your life and the life of those around you. It is also the new beginning of disappearance of everything evil in your life and those around you. JESUS is the only true source of our goodness. Every goodness not rooted in Jesus Christ is founded on falsehood. He is our true source of goodness. In Him, we live, and move and have our being (Acts 17:28). The Word says: Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17).

He says: Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert (Isa 43:19). Please, do not worry yourself trying to figure out how God is going to do it. Everything about God in Christ Jesus, is supernatural, beyond the visible.  In another place, He says even the heathen will marvel at His work and find it difficult to believe His works in us and through us: Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you (Hab 1:5).

The requirement from us is willingness and obedience (Isaiah 1:19). Jesus is the head of all principalities & power (Col 2:10). Everyone who has Jesus fully formed in him, has been spiritually recreated to influence and dominate his environment with the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus himself was very conscious of the enormous power he gave to his disciples, hence he reassured us: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father (John 14:12).

If you are truly born again, then you are for signs and wonders (Mark 16:17-20). Enough of running around looking for someone to pray for you or see vision for you. Jesus says:  Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). Brother Paul truly tapped into the anointing & power in Christ Jesus, so much that his handkerchiefs were healing the sick (Acts 19:2). He made us to understand that the kingdom of God is not merely in words but in power: For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power (1Cor 4:20).

To possess our possessions, we need to be totally delivered from the forces of darkness. Only then do we get sanctified by the truth in the word (John 17:17), and then get empowered for holiness. Hence, the Word says: But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions (Obadiah 1:17).

Brethren, may this month be your new beginning indeed. However, for your new beginning to be manifested, you have to arise spiritually. A key principle in life is that nothing happens for nothing.  If you are not ready to do something different from what you have been doing, the chances are that nothing NEW will happen. A new beginning starts with a new way of thinking! A new way of speaking! A new way of behavior! Thinking, speaking, and acting in line with the Way (John 14:6)

Have a Spirit-filled month.

To have increasing spiritual knowledge, requires total fear of God, and spiritual training in the word of God: Train yourself to be godly(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).

PRAYER: There is someone reading this message, may you receive the grace of a NEW BEGINNING, in Jesus mighty name. Amen!

We emphasize that the POWER in the blood of Jesus has set us FREE from bondage, and that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2Cor 3:17). Jesus is the Truth(John 14:6). The words of God are spirit & are Life (John 6:63). We allow the Scriptures to answer all questions. We create the awareness that Jesus has made all true believers kings and priests unto God and his Father.(Rev 1:6). In addition, as a spiritual body, we also empower unbelievers, using the principles of our Lord Jesus Christ with the understanding that when they witness the power of the living God, they will exalt his holy name (Psalm 46:10). One major objective of MOW is to increasingly improve everyone�s spiritual understanding! Spiritual ignorance is a major cause of human destruction (Hosea 4:6). Indeed, many children of God have gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge (Isa 5:13). Please note that the MOW is an initiative and the spiritual arm of Abasi Health Foundation (AHF). AHF is a registered NGO in Nigeria, with the primary objective of empowering all groups of people to optimize their health.
