Word for Today: Every situation is a great opportunity.

Beloved,
The challenges we go through in life are temporary and for our good; this may be difficult to SEE in every apparently negative situation. Every situation is a great opportunity to arise and go higher. Apostle Paul calls them light afflictions:
“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory”(2Corinthians 4:17). Amen.

Saint James puts it succinctly:

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing…” (James 1:2-7). Amen.

Thank you Jesus for today. Thank you Jesus for a new week.

This is the day the Lord has made…Psalm 118:24.

My prayer is that we all key into: Knowledge, Wisdom and Understanding.

“Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost”(1Corinthians 12:3).
